  I saw this shop at a craft fair in Longmont Colorado today Sept. 22, 2017. I asked about a panel they had displayed. The woman got the bolt and was ready to lay it on the cutting mat.....where a SANDWICH was laying.....she picked up the sandwich and moved it then was going to lay the fabric on the mat when I stopped her because there was an oily spot on the mat (maybe from mayonaise) I told her there was a greasy spot that need to be wiped and she said..."there is no grease on this mat".....maybe she couldn't see it from her side of the mat but from where I was standing I could see it....She then wiped over the spot with her hand only spreading it....I then told her I would not be purchasing anything from her......Very rude customer service!
